Well I'm starting this as more of a way to document my running. I'm slow, and as of right now, I can't run very far. But I'm hoping my writing this all down, I can track my progress. Plus, maybe someone will find this helpful. Feels like the internet is full of these speedy runners who run 10 miles a day at a 6 or 7 mile a minute pace, and for alot of us that just isn't helpful. So this is my journey to build up the amount of miles I'm running, and doing it at a rather slow pace. My first goal is to run a half marathon. My second goal is to get that half marathon time under two hours. Here is my journey.
